Steven Harrington and I just returned from a week in Honolulu kicking off a new art project. Steve and I were hosted by the good folks at Vantage Publishing and worked daily within the Vantage studio. The project will not release for some time but I am excited about the potential.
I've completed a new series of paintings for a group show at Pictures On Walls in London. They are off to England to be printed and hung by the fine craftsmen at POW.
The Summer School weekend at the Ace Hotel was a blast. Lots of folks came in to vibe out and paint some cosmic geodes. After the workshop we hung the paintings with projects from other workshops up for a pop-up art show extravaganza! Peep the photos of the workshop in-action and my friend Otto below. Otto is a dog.
I'll be doing an art workshop at the Palm Springs Ace this coming weekend. Come chill poolside and then work on some geode paintings with me. I'll be pulling prints and then helping folks do the paintings. Its part of the Summer School event going on all weekend. Check out the poster and the Ace Hotel website for more deets.
